EKC2012 Registration
Registration deadline is May 31, 2012 (Early Bird) / June 20, 2012(Standard)
Registration can be done only via online. Please fill in the form below and submit it. Successful registration will be
confirmed by e-mail.

- The local associations in Europe (EU-Member) are VeKNI (Germany), KSEAUK (UK), ASCoF (France), KOSEAA (Austria), KOSES (Finland), KOSEA (Sweden), KOSEANL (Netherlands), KSEAS (Swiss).
- Please transfer Registration fee (including additional costs such as additional accommodation, tour fees, Science school fees, etc.) to the bank account of your local association.
- Registration Fee includes all six meals (2*breakfast, 2*lunch, 2*dinner), coffee breaks, networking bar (drinks) with accommodation (Twin Share Room) during 26~28 July.
- Registration must be submitted by 12:00 pm (EST) on May 31, 2012 to be eligible for pre- registration rates (Early bird).
- If you would like to stay longer than the conference duration, the following room rate for one night will be applied:
standard single room : EUR 80.00
standard twin share room : EUR 95.00 - Please note that credit cards or traveler’s check shall not be accepted.

1. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using bed with parents (no extra bed).
2. All older children or adults are charged 20€ per night per person for extra beds (only 30 extra beds available).

3. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
※ Notice
1. Connected room (only 13 rooms available) should offer preferentially to families with 2
children aged < 13.
2. Please contact us in the case of couples with more than 3 children.

2. Submit the online registration at EKC2012 webpage with payment confirmation as attachment files.
3. Successful registration will be confirmed by e-mail.
4. Each association must transfer participation fee to bank account of VeKNI.
